Job summary

Therakos Healthcare Limited is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to drive the monthly Demand Review and develop the unconstrained demand plan within the SIOP framework. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to deliver a single, aligned view of future demand.

The role focuses on forecast accuracy, analytics, scenario planning, and executive reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
Minimum of five years in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, or related disciplines.
Experience in regulated medical devices, pharma, biotech, or healthcare manufacturing preferred.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly Demand Review and maintain the unconstrained demand plan across products and geographies.
Facilitate cross-functional consensus on forecast assumptions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Prepare executive-ready analyses, scenarios, and recommendations for Therakos leadership.
Ensure demand planning processes, templates, and governance remain standardized, auditable, and compliant with SIOP standards.
Support implementation, optimization, and governance of planning systems and data.
