Job summary

PKR seeks a Demand Planning Lead to own the monthly Demand Review, develop unconstrained demand plans for SIOP, and align Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning across product families and geographies. You will drive forecast accuracy improvements and provide analytics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, or IBP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies and performance measurement.
• Experience in regulated healthcare manufacturing environments preferred.
• Supply chain certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Demand Review process with forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
• Develop unconstrained rolling demand forecasts across product families, SKUs, geographies, and channels.
• Facilitate consensus planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, variability, seasonality, and demand drivers.
• Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Monitor inventory across global sites and planning systems.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, auditable demand planning data and master data.
