Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• ISM or APICS certification preferred.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management required.
• Experience in a complex, multi-site, multi-ERP environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to balance capacity, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Participate in S&OP processes and provide analysis to support decisions.
• Conduct data analysis and set inventory policies to minimize stockouts or excess stock.
• Maintain data in planning systems including safety stock levels.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Prepare and present supply planning reports to management.
• Support new product introductions, discontinuations, and promotions with supply plans.
• Use ERP and inventory management systems to track plans and generate reports.
• Maintain records for audits and analysis.
