Job summary

ERMCO in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Supply Planner to optimize inventory, materials, and production across the network. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to create effective supply planning strategies that meet demand while controlling costs.

Your role includes consolidating data, analyzing trends, and presenting strategic recommendations and KPIs to leadership. This onsite position offers exposure to ERMCO's premier distribution transformer operations in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
ISM or APICS certification preferred.
Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management required.
Experience in a complex, multi-site, multi-ERP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to balance capacity, inventory, and customer requirements.
Participate in S&OP processes and provide analysis to support decisions.
Conduct data analysis and set inventory policies to minimize stockouts or excess stock.
Maintain data in planning systems including safety stock levels.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements.
Prepare and present supply planning reports to management.
Support new product introductions, discontinuations, and promotions with supply plans.
Use ERP and inventory management systems to track plans and generate reports.
Maintain records for audits and analysis.
