Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst III to bolster S&OP with data-driven insights and weekly reviews. You will prepare content for the S&OP meeting and deliver critical analysis to drive supply chain planning and performance.

Based in Lewisville, TX or Fort Smith, AR, the role operates in a hybrid model (office Mon-Thu, remote Fri) and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, advanced analytics, and ERP/Oracle familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or Logistics preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High technical aptitude with analytics, presentation content, and communication skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and external subject matter experts.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP supply chain management systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operational Planning: Gather and analyze critical data, prepare content for S&OP materials.
• Collaborate with Customers, Sales Leaders, Ops teams to execute monthly targets.
• Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics (fill rates, lead times, open orders).
• Participate in weekly meetings and provide analytics for shipments and reviews.
• Drive internal relationships to ensure transparency across the supply chain. Translate feedback into analytics for stakeholders.
• Identify and address data/process discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation to support continuous improvement of S&OP and SOE processes.
• Work with IT to develop analytical tools and automated reports for decision support.
• Actively participate in, and/or lead, demand/supply planning and S&OP projects.
