Zusammenfassung

ERMCO, a leading transformer manufacturer, seeks an S&OP Analyst to design and implement a centralized planning and analytics process. You will collaborate with sales, materials, supply chain and operations across sites to align data, define KPIs, and drive enterprise reporting.

You will present findings to internal teams, develop KPI content, and help shape a common workspace for demand, supply, and production planning. This onsite Raleigh position includes relocation assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP and data analytics tools.
• Experience with S&OP practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate data from multiple sites into a unified S&OP platform for enterprise reporting.
• Create content for monthly Demand, Supply and Integrated Operations consensus meetings.
• Gather business requirements and analyze data to support a common enterprise workflow.
• Lead data analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop, maintain and present KPI dashboards and reports.
• Support S&OP reporting and internal communications.
• Assist in ERP tool design and implementation where needed.
