Job summary

Amerock, based in Huntersville, NC, is expanding its supply chain team and seeks a Planner to drive merchandising planning via S&OP and Production Planning. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days (T, W, Th) and two remote days.

You will oversee demand and supply planning, KPI tracking, vendor coordination, and ERP data integrity, while supporting NPD and BOM changes to optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Supply Chain Operations experience in manufacturing or retail.
• 4+ years of Demand Planning experience including independent/dependent demand.
• 4+ years of Supply Planning experience with MRP, Production Planning, replenishment.
• ERP (SAP) and Demand Forecasting Software (Forecast Pro) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising planning via S&OP and production planning processes.
• Reconcile stock, PO and subcomponent inventory with ERP records.
• Maintain unconstrained demand plan forecasts for SKUs.
• Lead supply execution for in-stock merchandising items.
• Manage vendor communications and data to sync ERP systems.
• Coordinate on NPD launches, POG resets, BOM changes and PLC.
• Support costings, pricing, and bill of materials maintenance.
