Job summary

Roquette in Keokuk, IA (also Geneva, IL) is seeking a Sr. Supply Planner to bridge strategic planning with execution.

You will develop weekly production and distribution plans for North America, balancing capacity, logistics, demand, inventory policy, and regional SIOP alignment to ensure product availability. The role requires 3–5 years in planning/scheduling, a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of Planning/Scheduling experience.
• Understanding of product and process cost structures.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of corn wet milling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update supply plans (production and distribution) for North America.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans.
• Communicate plan results with stakeholders to align risk plans.
• Maintain inventory policy by SKU/location for continuity of supply.
• Monitor KPI metrics and improve supply assumptions and processes.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and systems.
• Lead initiatives to improve team results and efficiency.
• Support SKU rationalization processes.
• Participate in annual inventory counts.
• Coordinate plan results and alerts with impacted groups.
