Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP and Maestro or comparable planning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MRP logic, material master data, inventory buffers, BOMs and capacity constraints.
• Advanced analytical capability and Six Sigma methods.
• Advanced Excel with macros; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to translate data into concise recommendations and actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Clear-to-Build process with governance and reporting.
• Lead weekly site CTB reviews and maintain a reliable material/production view for weeks 5-13.
• Validate CTB inputs from SAP, Maestro, MPS, procurement and operations.
• Audit and improve material master planning settings and SPFEP attributes.
• Manage inventory buffers and perform quarterly evaluations for risk-balanced countermeasures.
• Prepare weekly Capacity-to-Build reports and analyze demand/supply constraints.
• Use analytics to solve planning problems and monitor results; drive improvements.
