Job summary
Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Sr Supply Planning Analyst to strengthen material availability, inventory health, and planning performance. The role operates at the site or Operations Center level, leading strategic improvements and providing hands-on planning support during business continuity events.
The candidate will own CTB governance, master data upkeep, and analytics-driven optimization, using SAP, Maestro, Power BI, and advanced Excel to model scenarios and drive measurable
Qualifications
- Deep working knowledge of SAP and Maestro or comparable planning platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MRP logic, material master data, inventory buffers, BOMs.
- Advanced analytical capability, including Six Sigma methods.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
- Ability to convert complex data into concise recommendations and implementation plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Clear-to-Build (CTB) process and governance with data standards and review cadence.
- Lead weekly site CTB reviews, maintaining a single view of material, supplier, capacity, and production-readiness for weeks 5–13.
- Validate CTB inputs from SAP, Maestro, MPS, procurement, and operations to communicate risk.
