Job summary

Siete Foods in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned Supply Planner to manage Master Resource Planning and coordinate manufacturing for multiple SKUs to meet customer orders. You’ll partner with Demand to align forecasted needs with inventory targets and ensure accuracy across the distribution network.

You’ll track inventory, create POs for co-manufacturers, and monitor production plans to keep schedules. Strong Excel, Netsuite, and Anaplan skills are essential for success, with a focus on KPIs like Fill

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar planning or related supply chain role.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry and contract manufacturers preferred.
• Proficiency with Netsuite and Anaplan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Master Resource Planning by arranging manufacturing for multiple SKUs within requested timeframes to fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with Demand team to plan inventory levels aligned with forecast.
• Track inventory vs obsolescence across Siete’s distribution centers.
• Create Purchase Orders per Supply Plan and submit to co-manufacturers for execution.
• Monitor monthly/weekly production plans to maintain schedules and target inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy for multiple locations.
• Produce regular production and inventory reports and share insights with the Supply Planning Manager.
• Monitor KPIs like Fill Rate, On Time, and Inventory Turns.
