Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a planning or related supply chain role.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry and contract manufacturers preferred.
• Proficiency with Netsuite; Anaplan modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Master Resource Planning by coordinating manufacturing for multiple SKUs to meet customer deadlines.
• Collaborate with Demand to plan inventory levels aligned to forecasts.
• Track inventory vs obsolescence across the distribution network.
• Create Purchase Orders according to the Supply Plan for co-manufacturing partners.
• Monitor production plans to ensure schedules and inventory targets are met.
• Partner with Contract Manufacturing to maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturers.
• Coordinate with Customer Operations and Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Produce regular production and inventory reports and share insights with the Supply Planning Manager.
• Monitor KPIs such as Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Turns.
