Job summary

YETI in Austin, TX is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and execute end-to-end supply plans across product categories. You’ll partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Product Development, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to balance service, inventory, and cost.

You'll monitor inventory health, manage PO strategy, support new product launches, and lead cross-functional planning activities to ensure product availability for wholesale, DTC, and international growth.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in logistics, operations, engineering, math or related field preferred.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Experience in supply chain planning or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned product categories.
• Monitor inventory health, service levels, and safety stock; mitigate risks.
• Lead PO strategy and supplier execution to align with demand plans.
• Coordinate inventory balancing across channels and sites.
• Support new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand, Sourcing, Product, Ops, Logistics, Commercial).
• Prepare data for planning reviews and daily/weekly meetings.
