Job summary

YETI is seeking an Associate Retail Allocation Planner to optimize inventory flow across our retail locations. You will work with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure the right products reach the right stores at the right time.

You will analyze historical trends, forecast demand, and translate insights into allocation plans that maximize sell-through and minimize stockouts. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making in a fast-growing outdoor brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail allocation, merchandise planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) required.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable allocation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initial and ongoing allocation strategies using forecasts, store profiles, and assortment plans.
• Own store-level inventory health by managing replenishment, transfers, and balancing actions.
• Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, weeks of supply, and on-hand inventory to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align allocations with promos, life cycles, and distributions.
