Job summary

YETI in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our global supply chain. You will manage cross-functional projects, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics or fulfillment, exposure to multi-origin networks, and familiarity with SAP. PMP would be a plus; bachelor's in related field is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years leading large-scale projects.
• Experience managing logistics or fulfillment operations and supply chain programs.
• Ability to develop strategies and drive projects to results.
• Experience with multiple channels and global supply chains is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with remote stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of approved projects to target dates and budgets with cross-functional coordination.
• Provide analytical support for change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and leadership via dashboards and presentations.
• Recommend improvements to deliverables and processes.
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, risks, and define capabilities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
