The Role

Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and external manufacturing partners, you will be responsible for managing finished goods supply planning and inventory performance across multiple distribution channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels and production requirements.
• Monitoring inventory performance and identifying potential shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinating with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Supporting new product launches, promotional activity and inventory optimization.
• Analyzing supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with local and international teams to align supply plans with commercial requirements.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning or a related supply chain function.
• Experience within CPG, food and beverage, retail or a similar consumer products environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a growing, fast paced business.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
