Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. invites a qualified Supply Network Planner to develop and manage supply plans for designated facilities, optimize milk utilization, and support Sales and Operations Planning to balance service, cost, and inventory.

The role analyzes capacity, inventories, and production schedules across multiple facilities, collaborating with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field with 5+ years of planning experience preferred.
• APICS certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Demonstrated statistical and spreadsheet analytical skills.
• Experience in Sales and Operations planning preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Develop & maintain a monthly forward looking 18-month outlook of planned production and inventory.
• Develop, manage, and maintain capacity planning models for multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with Membership to understand planned milk supply and demand.
• Lead Supply Agreement process for S&OP support and imbalance management.
• Establish inventory planning and production scheduling parameters for schedulers.
• Analyze total delivered costs and optimize supply chain cost and service.
