Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Buyer Planner/Material Scheduler to optimize material availability for our manufacturing operations across the UNC Dairy network.

You will manage MRP within SAP, coordinate with suppliers, and align production schedules to minimize carrying costs while meeting demand. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or scheduling.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute material planning and scheduling to align with production needs.
• Issue purchase orders and manage supplier relationships for assigned categories.
• Coordinate with Raw Material Inventory Planners to maintain safety stock.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and KPI dashboards.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes and make make-vs-buy recommendations.
