Highspring is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead supply chain transformation initiatives for diverse clients, from growth-stage to enterprise brands. You will drive assessments, design operating models, and shepherd implementation while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.

You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, measurable outcomes and build resilient value realization through transformation programs.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience across supply chain and operations.
• Client-facing experience in a professional services/consulting organization.
• Experience guiding transformations with measurable business impact.
• PMO/workstream leadership for transformation programs, implementations, or multi‑functional initiatives.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Lead current state assessments across supply chain functions and build improvement roadmaps.
• Translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives, including process, operating model, governance, data, and technology recommendations.
• Support business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development).
• Coach project teams to deliver complex engagements with high quality and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders at all levels based on integrity and delivery excellence.
• Contribute thought leadership on market trends such as AI-enabled planning, supply chain digitization, and risk/resilience.
