Job summary

Highspring is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager in Supply Chain Advisory & Transformation in Nashville. You will lead transformations across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, and procurement, partnering with executives to deliver measurable value.

You will guide current-state assessments, develop pragmatic future-state roadmaps, and support business development, with a hands-on, advisory mindset and a focus on driving performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience across supply chain and operations in client-facing roles.
• Experience helping companies undergo supply chain/operations transformations with measurable impact.
• Experience in: Demand/Supply/Inventory planning, S&OP/IBP design, operating model governance, KPIs.
• PMO/workstream leadership for transformation programs or multi-functional initiatives.
• Experience advising Directors/VP/C-level, leading executive workshops.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state assessments across supply chain functions and build improvement roadmaps.
• Translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives across process, operating model, governance, data and technology.
• Support business development across market analysis, sourcing, relationships, proposals and solution shaping.
• Coach project teams to deliver engagements with high client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
