Job summary

Highspring seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Global Supply Chain Advisory & Transformation team in Chicago. You will lead end-to-end supply chain transformations across planning, inventory, procurement, and technology, partnering with executive leaders to deliver measurable value.

You will design operating models, run workshops, and guide PMO initiatives, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps. Travel up to 50% is expected as client work requires.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required
• 5+ years in supply chain and operations with client-facing consulting experience
• Experience designing operating models and KPI frameworks
• Strong communication and leadership with executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across supply chain planning, operations, inventory, procurement, and enabling technology
• Design and execute operating models and process improvements
• Facilitate executive workshops and client working sessions
• Develop practical roadmaps and governance for supply chain transformations
• Lead PMO/workstream leadership and ensure on-time delivery
• Mentor junior team members and drive business development
