Highspring is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Advisory & Transformation professional to help clients across growth, mid-market, and enterprise brands improve planning, operations, and governance. You will design and execute transformation roadmaps, drive data-enabled decision-making, and lead cross-functional workshops with senior leaders.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, coaching of project teams, and collaboration across advisory services.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience across supply chain and operations, including client-facing experience in a professional services/consulting organization
• Experience leading transformations with measurable business impact
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP process design and improvement
• PMO/workstream leadership for transformation programs or multi-functional initiatives
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time

Responsabilidades

• Work with diverse commercial clients from growth to enterprise Fortune 100 brands
• Deliver strategic advice to exec leaders on supply chain performance and value realization
• Lead executive workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional process workshops
• Lead current-state assessments and build pragmatic future-state roadmaps
• Translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives (process, governance, data, technology)
• Support strategy development and execution of client initiatives including pilots and PMO leadership
• Coach project teams to deliver high-quality engagements and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and stakeholder relationships
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels based on integrity and delivery excellence
• Contribute to internal capability development and reusable assets

Educación

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
