Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, project management, operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and productivity tracking.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international sourcing or supplier development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple procurement projects across manufacturing platforms and drive implementation plans.
• Partner with commodity teams and stakeholders to develop charters, execution plans, and resource requirements.
• Manage active procurement initiatives involving NPD, supplier changes, and quality improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines and financial objectives.
• Track procurement metrics such as productivity, inflation, and supplier quality.
