Job summary

Swagelok Northern California is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to enhance their supply chain through effective supplier relationship management, sourcing and procurement, and risk mitigation. This full-time role will ensure materials are available on time to meet customer needs while optimizing costs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in distribution or manufacturing, with skills in negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years related experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional or equivalent preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and achieve service, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Analyze MRP signals and manage purchase orders.
