You will partner with the broader organization to convert data into actionable decisions that improve customer service and operational performance.

The role emphasizes proactive project leadership, analytics, and collaboration with customers and suppliers to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership or people-management experience.
• Experience improving supply-chain processes through analytics, systems, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven inventory management; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the Supply Chain strategy aligned with growth, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Establishes and manages Supply Chain KPIs, scorecards, operating rhythms, and improvement priorities.
• Establishes inventory policies, stocking strategies, replenishment methodologies, and service-level expectations.
• Develops processes for proactively managing shortages, allocations, expedites, backorders, and other supply disruptions.
• Uses data and analytical tools to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Identifies supply-chain risks and develops mitigation or contingency strategies when appropriate.
• Leads, coaches, and develops Supply Chain associates while creating clear accountability for performance and development.
• Partners across the business to communicate supply conditions and support customer commitments.
• Demonstrate and reinforce Swagelok values throughout the team.
