Job summary

Swagelok Minnesota is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead strategy, performance, and development of the supply chain function across the business. You will drive product availability, inventory effectiveness, and reliable order fulfillment to support growth.

The role requires leadership of people, processes, and systems; extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams; and the ability to optimize inventory, mitigate risks, and improve operations using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain, inventory management or procurement experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or people-management experience.
• Experience improving supply-chain processes via analytics, systems, or CI.
• ERP systems experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the supply chain strategy aligned with growth and objectives.
• Establishes KPIs, scorecards, and operating rhythms to drive performance.
• Sets inventory policies, stocking strategies, and service-level expectations.
• Creates processes to manage shortages, allocations, and backorders.
• Uses data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Identifies supply-chain risks and develops mitigation plans.
• Leads and develops supply chain staff with clear accountability.
• Communicates supply conditions across the business to support commitments.
• Demonstrates Swagelok values within the team.
