Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 in Oxnard, CA, onsite with a 9/80 schedule. You will own planning, execution, and optimization of the supply chain for a program or portfolio, coordinating with PMO and cross-functional teams to meet cost and schedule targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in supply chain/program management, and at least 2 years of leadership experience. A master’s degree is advantageous; travel is up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain/procurement/program management experience (Masters with 6 years).
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of general procurement and subcontract execution workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes the material strategy and procurement plan for programs.
• Leads cross-functional teams to meet plan and mitigate risks.
• Manages budget, schedule, and supplier performance; provides PMO status updates.
• Negotiates lead times with suppliers and ensures timely material delivery.
• Oversees multiple disciplines across Supply Chain Planning and Sourcing.
