Job summary

Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems Division in Oxnard, CA, is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 to lead the planning and execution of the material strategy for multiple programs. This onsite role follows a 9/80 schedule and requires coordinating with PMO and global supply chain teams to meet cost and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in supply chain or program management, with supervisory experience, strong procurement knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in supply chain or program management.
At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
Knowledge of general procurement workflows and subcontract execution.

Responsibilities

Develop the material strategy and lead activities for Global Supply Chain in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process.
Lead program execution and be accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure all supply chain commitments are met and mitigate program risks.
