• Execute end-to-end material strategy and supply chain plans for assigned Development and Production Programs.
• Serve as the primary supply chain focal point for PMOs, ensuring all commitments are met through cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor and manage subcontract execution against SOW requirements, milestones, and baselines.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to address supplier performance, material availability, lead time variability, and disruptions.
• Manage financial forecasting and cost tracking for material purchases and subcontract obligations, aligning with prime contracts and EAC projections.
• Provide analytical support to subcontract negotiations, including should-cost models and price/cost benchmarking.
