Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist located in Oxnard, CA. This 100% onsite role supports tracking deliveries, coordinating vendor activity, and managing material flow across programs with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off.

Level 2 or Level 3 positions available; requires a relevant degree and ability to obtain a US Top-Secret clearance. Proficiency in Costpoint, SAP, and PLM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, contracts, procurement or related field required for Level 2; Master’s for Level 2 with 0 exp or 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years for Level 3; Master’s with 3 years; PhD with 1 year; will consider additional 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Costpoint; SAP and PLM systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Track deliveries from receipt through program close out.
• Coordinate outside vendor processing/test and RTV of material.
• Publish EBOM as required by site and manage material master data.
• Engage stakeholders for supplier delivery and quality resolution.
• Load demand, procurement releases, and Auto PO releases for line flow.
