Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams on aerospace programs, focusing on end-to-end SCM planning, supplier management, and program execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

You will develop strategies, lead negotiations, and coordinate with prime contractors and subcontractors while applying DFSC and EVM methods to drive on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering; 7+ years in operations or related area.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles; DoD/A&D experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of SCPs; participate in program meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop program-level SCM plans; craft sourcing strategies and teaming within the supply chain network.
• Lead make/buy assessments and DFSC initiatives; support proposals and new pursuits.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance; use EVM metrics to assess program health and report variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontract management, and program teams to align requirements and milestones.
