Job summary

Sierra Nevada Company, LLC seeks a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead program-level supply chain management and cross-functional oversight in Plano, TX with hybrid work options. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance across supplier networks and ensure timely, compliant deliverables for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering discipline is required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or related area; DoD/A&D sector experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
• Experience with program management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to travel ~25% and obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain management and planning for programs and proposals.
• Develop and implement a cohesive supply chain strategy and negotiation plans.
• Manage cost, technical, and schedule performance; lead SSOW/SDRLs.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontracting, engineering and program offices.
• Provide status reporting and risk mitigation for senior leadership.
