Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to manage forecasting activities, collaborate across functions, and support inventory objectives. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in ERP-driven planning.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule and growth opportunities within a world-class supply chain services provider. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, and procurement, with advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI/Tableau,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in sourcing, supply chain and procurement.
• Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI/Tableau, and SmartSheet skills.
• Strong time management and autonomous work ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data mining tools like QAD.

Responsibilities

• Generate 18-month demand plans from data analysis.
• Collaborate with sourcing, sales and service to improve planning.
• Publish a 3-month forecasting cycle calendar.
• Oversee the demand planning cycle and SOPs.
• Maintain master data cleanliness.
• Obtain inputs from customer, PM and sourcing teams.
• Lead consensus sign-off meetings for monthly forecast.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and improve with iterations.
• Review outliers with PM and Forecast Management Team.
