GTI Fabrication is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations through PO administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This role focuses on transactional purchasing, maintaining accurate data, and cross-functional coordination with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning to ensure material flow and supplier responsiveness. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
• Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements.
• Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately.
• Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams.
• Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution.
• Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
• Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records.
• Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings.
