Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Supply Chain Process & Analytics Manager to lead GPSC playbook design, process documentation, and data-driven improvements. You will architect scalable, SOX-compliant workflows, own KPI dashboards, and drive automation across ERP and P2P systems in a rapidly scaling organization.

We expect 7+ years in supply chain optimization in tech/manufacturing, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with NetSuite and Coupa.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience driving supply chain process optimization in technology or manufacturing.
• 4+ years of experience in business process mapping within a hardware environment.
• Mastery of ERP (NetSuite) and P2P (Coupa) platforms.
• Proficient in SQL/Python and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode).
• Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to supply chain workflows.
• Exceptional ability to map information flow with upstream/downstream impacts and manage cross-functional systems.

Responsibilities

• Own design and maintenance of the GPSC Playbook by regular assessments of purchasing and supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and keep SOPs scalable and audit-ready.
• Design and automated deployment of real-time dashboards and KPI metrics for proactive leadership insights.
• Lead ERP enhancements and drive automation to eliminate manual reporting and close process gaps.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks by executing improvements that reduce manual data entry and streamline information flow.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance business processes and predictive reporting.
