Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience driving supply chain process optimization and design.
• 4+ years in business process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
• Mastery of ERP (NetSuite) and P2P (Coupa).
• Proficient in SQL/Python and data visualization tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement frameworks.
• Ability to map information flow and manage cross-functional systems.

Responsibilities

• Own design and maintenance of the GPSC Playbook with scalable SOPs and policy docs.
• Design and deploy real-time dashboards and KPI metrics for proactive insights.
• Lead ERP enhancements and drive automation to close process gaps.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, reducing manual data entry and improving data flow.
