Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our high-performing retail team. This full-time role empowers you to lead, coach, and develop others while ensuring professional customer service and smooth store operations.

You’ll work with a schedule that supports early mornings and late evenings (6am–10pm) and participate in a monthly bonus program along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail or service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and lead by example.
