Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to lead master production scheduling and material planning for a group of products. The role requires coordinating with customer service, operations, procurement, quality and engineering to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and resources.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of planning experience, a 4-year degree in business or engineering, and familiarity with ERP systems and SAP.

Qualifications

1–3 years planning experience, preferably in discrete manufacturing.
4 year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management.
Supply chain cert preferred.
Power BI experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and manage master production schedule, work orders, and reports using ERP.
Monitor production flow, capacity, material availability to support on-time delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate schedules and resolve constraints.
Execute system transactions for material receipt, storage, transfer, inventory tracking, and production orders.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and PFEP processes.
Investigate shortages, scheduling conflicts, and delivery risks; propose corrective actions.
Participate in forecast meetings, evaluate demand trends, and suggest lead time improvements.
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
