Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Planner 2 in San Diego to lead the development and execution of Master Supply and Production Plans. You will balance demand with supply, align capacity, and drive alignment across functions to meet the 18–24 month horizon.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and ERP master data management. Responsibilities include creating production schedules for key bottleneck resources, ensuring on-time delivery, and reporting KPI performance with actionable root-cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong knowledge of planning concepts and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and approve Master Supply Plan for designated site bottlenecks.
• Balance demand with supply over 18–24 months horizon.
• Provide production schedules for 13-week rolling horizon.
• Disaggregate schedules to daily and shift level planning.
• Maintain and update ERP planning master data.
• Report KPI performance and drive corrective actions.
