Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist in Vista, CA to manage MTS/MTO supply plans, optimize inventory and ensure on-time delivery while balancing global production capacities.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory, develop long-term production plans, and contribute to KPI reporting, continuous improvement, and SAP planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Six years of work experience in Production/Supply Planning or equivalent in a planning/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated setting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans (MTS and MTO) to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Create and execute capacity plans for designated manufacturing areas to ensure throughput meets delivery and financial objectives.
• Analyze demand requirements and communicate capacity overloads with senior management.
• Direct Production Planners to ensure timely execution of forecasted demand and provide alternative strategies when deviations occur.
• Maintain a 3-month detailed batch allocation forecast and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify supply constraints and proactively develop mitigation plans to avoid disruptions.
• Lead or participate on project/launch teams for new products or changed BOMs.
• Generate and present supply planning KPIs and reports to leadership.
