Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking a focused Planner to coordinate customer expectations with our production objectives. You will develop schedules that align stakeholder requirements with feasibility, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational goals are met.

You will create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS), generate MRP, and analyze what-if scenarios to anticipate demand changes. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word/Excel; ability to learn Plexus systems.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer expectations with organizational objectives by developing schedules.
• Analyze customer demand to enable inventory management, production scheduling, and procurement decisions.
• Create and analyze what-if scenarios to simulate impact of demand changes.
• Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate MRP.
• Mitigate potential disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Elevate areas impacting Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery.
