Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in production planning, master scheduling, MRP, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and MRP within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to analyze large data sets and create meaningful reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule to align demand, forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity.
• Analyze MRP messages, exception reports, demand changes, and supply constraints; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data including schedules, lead times, lot sizes, and safety stocks.
• Monitor material availability and readiness; coordinate with purchasing, production, inventory, and customer service to resolve conflicts and support on-time delivery.
• Track schedule attainment, customer service, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and schedule adherence; identify root causes of issues and fix them.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve planning accuracy, schedule stability, material availability, and efficiency.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities and escalate significant risks to leadership with analysis and recommended solutions.
• Maintain planning records, reports, and documentation for operational reviews and decision-making.
