TriVista Recruitment is seeking a senior supply-chain leader in Huntsville, AL to own inventory controls, scheduling, and material flow across two facilities. You will manage a team supporting inventory, logistics, scheduling, and expediting, while ensuring financial and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply-chain, hands-on ERP/MRP optimization, and multi-location purchasing experience, preferably in aerospace/defense/government manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant supply-chain experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP implementation or optimization experience.
• Manufacturing scheduling and multi-location purchasing experience.
• Aerospace, defense, military, or government-contract manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s supply-chain strategy.
• Improve inventory controls, material flow, and record accuracy.
• Lead scheduling for complex manufacturing operations.
• Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, shortages, contracts, and material availability.
• Establish performance metrics and analyze operational and financial data.
• Create and maintain SOPs and business-management processes.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate supply-chain team members.
