Job summary

Teacher Created Materials is seeking a Supply Chain Planner Analyst to align supply with demand and optimize inventory within a collaborative environment in Huntington Beach. You will own planning for designated product categories, working with sales, production, and suppliers to turn ERP data and forecasts into reliable demand and supply plans.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation, and advanced analytics to improve availability, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–3 years in supply or demand planning, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/data modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand and supply plans using historical data, forecasts, and sales insights.
• RFQ creation, purchase orders, monitor backorders, expedite purchases.
• Interpret BOMs, specs, work orders to ensure continuity of supply.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and production teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for material availability and delivery schedules.
• Support sourcing initiatives, product launches, inventory accuracy, and reporting improvements.
• Maintain planning tools, automation scripts, and reports for management.
