Job summary

Our client, a manufacturing company with a global footprint in Westchester County, seeks an analytical, hands-on Supply Chain Planner to manage orders, inventory, and ERP transactions. You will work with the Production Manager, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure on-time materials flow and accurate records.

This hybrid, M-F role offers Monday/Friday WFH flexibility, a strong people-first culture, and opportunities to grow into data analysis, reporting, and broader supply chain

Qualifications

• 3 years of supply chain, planning, purchasing, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting production planning tied to manufacturing operations.
• ERP/MRP experience with strong Excel and overall technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize production orders based on customer needs and inventory levels.
• Coordinate production requirements with the Production Manager and manufacturing partners.
• Manage work orders, batch tickets, POs, and related transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery timing, and material availability.
• Monitor production and material requirements and address shortages or delays.
• Reconcile inventory with third‑party manufacturers to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Review MRP data and inventory levels to support supply and production planning.
• Review customer orders and help establish appropriate product availability dates.
• Translate vendor and manufacturer information into accurate ERP transactions and records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and support ongoing supply chain improvements.
