Job summary

Teacher Created Materials is seeking a Supply Chain Planner Analyst in Huntington Beach. You will develop demand and supply plans, analyze ERP data, forecast trends, and work with suppliers to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

You will lead replenishment decisions, manage purchase orders, monitor backorders, and drive process improvements with advanced analytics and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or demand planning, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience using ERP systems and CRM platforms.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand and supply plans using historical trends, forecasts, and sales insights.
• Lead planning reviews to guide replenishment quantities and purchasing decisions.
• RFQ, create and maintain purchase orders, monitor backorders, and expedite purchases.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and production teams.
• Support sourcing initiatives, inventory accuracy, and reporting improvements.
