Job summary

Smart Resources Group is seeking a Supply Chain Planner with 2+ years in planning, demand and materials management to support production. You will manage POs, monitor supplier schedules, and drive S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food & beverage exposure.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel is required. We value data-driven decision making and strong collaboration across procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted materials flow and GMP

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, purchasing, or materials management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory planning.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes.
• Manufacturing experience; food and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and manage purchase orders based on demand requirements.
• Reschedule and expedite orders to support production needs.
• Use MRP systems to plan material requirements and inventories.
• Monitor supplier production schedules, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Support S&OP activities and demand/supply planning reviews.
• Coordinate material availability for uninterrupted production.
• Communicate daily with suppliers about orders, deliveries, shortages, and changes.
• Maintain planning dashboards and metrics.
• Ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
