Standard Textile is seeking a Senior S&OP Analyst to lead demand and supply planning across our global network. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution to align forecast, capacity, inventory, and financial goals.

The role emphasizes analytics, KPI development, and continuous improvement. You will support budgeting, contribute to system enhancements, and drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning across the global network.
• Translate forecasts into supply and inventory plans.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution.
