Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner in Mission, Kansas. The role will manage customer orders, shipments, and inquiries, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate delivery dates and proactive customer service.

You will analyze open orders, support backorder resolution, and drive process improvements across the supply chain. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supply chain experience.
• Understanding of supply chain systems and structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Ability to connect work in functional area upstream and/or downstream in supply chain.
• Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning.
• Working knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc.
• Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferred and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Optimize customer experience with timely resolution for client dealer channel and review credits.
• Reply/resolve dealer questions and internal partner emails.
• Receive, enter and validate orders, reserve inventory and determine delivery dates.
• Generate and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLA, EDI and IDOCs.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning for on-time delivery and backorder resolution.
• Coordinate backorder clearance, load planning, release orders to DC, and daily open order reviews.
• Resolve return exceptions and coordinate adjustments with Finance and Channel Manager.
• Root-cause process failures and implement improvements.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
