Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our Fulfillment team in Kansas. You will interact with customers, manage orders and shipments, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize service levels and on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion. You will help resolve issues, monitor orders, and drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• 1–2 years of supply chain experience.
• Understanding of supply chain systems and structures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to connect work upstream and downstream in supply chain.
• Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning.
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize customer experience and resolve client issues quickly.
• Receive, enter, validate orders, reserve inventory and set delivery dates.
• Generate and monitor open order reports to ensure SLA and system integrity.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve backorders, coordinate deductions with Finance, and authorize replacements or credits.
• Identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
