Job summary

Robotic Process Automation LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Technical Consultant in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on translating business requirements into technical SCM solutions, enabling demand planning, inventory management, and broader supply chain capabilities.

You will work with SQL, Python, PowerShell, Bash, data modeling, and integration technologies to implement and optimize o9-based workflows and data flows across ERP/CRM interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with demand planning, inventory, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting demand planning, inventory management, and other SCM functions.
• Utilize SQL, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash), data modeling techniques, and integration technologies (APIs, ETL).
• Perform platform configuration and customization by setting up o9 data models, workflows, and user interfaces to align with client business processes.
• Design, develop, and manage data integrations and data flows between o9 and ERP/CRM systems using APIs, JSON, SSIS, etc.
• Design and manage data models, execute data uploads, and ensure ongoing data quality and integrity.
• Conduct data mapping between o9 and ERP/legacy systems.
• Develop reports and analytics to support business and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues across the platform and integrations.
• Provide user support across project implementation and BAU operations
